Form I-129F is the first step to bringing your foreign fiancé(e) to the United States on a K-1 visa so you can get married.

K-1 Visa Requirements
Petitioner must be a U.S. citizen
Both parties must be legally free to marry
You must have met in person within the last 2 years
You must intend to marry within 90 days of fiancé(e)'s entry to U.S.
In-Person Meeting
The 2-year meeting requirement has limited exceptions for cultural customs or extreme hardship. Video calls do not satisfy this requirement.
