Copy of passport and I-94
Copy of previous EAD (if renewal)

Important Notes

  • • Your EAD is tied to your immigration status - if status changes, EAD may be affected
  • • File renewal 6 months before expiration to avoid gaps
  • • Cannot work until you receive your EAD card
  • • Some employers may require unexpired EAD for I-9 verification
